- You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the website package resulting from our template integration work in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license").
- You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Inmeres Solutions Ltd.
- You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.
- You may not offer any of our products for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
- All imagery, fonts, clipart used in our templates are royalty-free, property of independent content providers and are the integral part of our template integration offer. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the website you build using your template. You can use imagery, clipart and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.
- In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
- Inmeres Solutions Ltd products may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. We will be the sole arbiters as to what constitutes a violation of this provision, provided that all such determinations shall be made reasonably in good faith based on applicable law, regulation and the accepted norms of the Internet community.
- Since our template integrations are non-tangible goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped. Please make sure that you understand what is delivered with the template.
PAYMENT ANTIFRAUD CHECK
Due to the growing number of fraud transaction (persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase), the purchase process can be suspended for manual antifraud check.
INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Inmeres Solutions Ltd, including all employees and associates, from and against all claims, actions or demands, liabilities settlements, including without limitation, reasonable legal accounting fees, alleged to result from your use of the site, Inmeres Solutions Ltd services or your violation of this Agreement.
Inmeres Solutions Ltd reserves the right to change or modify this Policy with no prior notice.
